IT Maintenance and Support

Network Support

A server is at the centre of any network infrastructure, therefore support is crucial for businesses. We will ensure that the server is maintained and monitored correctly. Using monitoring software, we can see if there are any severe problems or faults immediately. This will enable us to ensure effective and efficient server performance with no downtime. We can also provide regular site visits as part of your agreement to ‘health check’ the maintained equipment to ensure correct operation and replace faulty equipment in a proactive fashion. Most hardware support calls are transferred directly to a technical specialist, to ensure user problems or faults are identified immediately. This will allow the engineer to troubleshoot over the phone to avoid unnecessary time waiting for site visits.

Hardware Support

We provide onsite maintenance for most types of computers and hardware, including servers, PC’s, laptops, printers and network equipment. In the event of hardware failures Crusade will use all resources to limit the amount of downtime and reduce disruption. We offer flexibility on all our hardware support contracts to meet the specific requirements of every business type. We offer eight working hour response times in our standard contracts and four hour agreements are also available to ensure minimum disruption.Most hardware support calls are transferred directly to a technical specialist, to ensure user problems or faults are identified immediately. This will allow the engineer to troubleshoot over the phone to avoid unnecessary time waiting for site visits. In the event of equipment that cannot be repaired on site we will provide a loan replacement (subject to availability) for the duration of the repair in order to reduce system downtime.

Software Support

We believe it is important to know that any problems you may encounter with software can be supported quickly and efficiently. At Crusade we are able to provide telephone, remote access and onsite support on all aspects of Microsoft’s Windows operating systems and Office software. Our experienced engineers will be able to connect to your network in order to resolve issues or troubleshoot over the telephone depending on the nature of the fault.
