How does Pay as You Go IT Support Work?
We provide a service where you can have the same IT Support as our Managed IT Support package but by simply purchasing blocks of support hours. You purchase blocks of 10 hours and each time an engineer comes to site or helps you remotely we log the time used and reduce your balance.
Pay as You Go IT Support is suitable for businesses with low users or a very simple IT environment, who are likely to experience only occasional issues. You have 12 Months to use your hours and you can also use your purchased blocks for project work.
Service Desk & On-Site Support
Just like our fully managed customers you’ll be allocated a dedicated team that know and understand your business. They will work as a team to provide you with support and troubleshoot critical issues.
