1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of products and services by Crusade Computer Solutions Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to its customers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide IT support, hardware and software solutions, network installations, system maintenance, web hosting, and related services. The exact scope of work will be outlined in our proposals, quotations, or service agreements.

3. Quotations & Orders

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

• Orders are only confirmed upon written acceptance or payment by the Customer.

• Changes to orders must be confirmed in writing.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

• VAT is charged at the prevailing rate (VAT No: GB738713805).

• Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice unless agreed otherwise.

• Late payments may incur interest and administration charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery times are estimates and subject to availability.

• Any installation or setup service will be carried out during normal business hours unless agreed otherwise.

• The Customer is responsible for ensuring access to the premises and appropriate working conditions.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Hardware returns are subject to manufacturer warranty policies.

• Software sales are final unless defective.

• Refunds may be issued at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

7. Warranties

• We pass on manufacturer warranties where applicable.

• We warrant our services will be delivered with reasonable care and skill.

• We do not warrant that software or systems will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and access as required to deliver services.

• You are responsible for backing up your data.

• You must not use our services for any unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ notice unless otherwise specified.

• Immediate termination may occur in the event of breach, insolvency, or misuse of services.

11. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property remains the property of the rightful owner.

• Custom developments may be subject to separate licensing or usage terms.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information marked or understood to be confidential unless required by law or with prior written consent.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
